We do not accept insurance. This helps me and the client to ensure the greatest possible outcome together. The client and therapist should decide what is the best course of treatment together, without the influence of insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies often seek to cut corners, many of which have legitimate therapeutic benefits to clients. However, should the need arise, I can provide an insurance “superbill” upon request.
We offer services in various lengths. Full day intensives start at 10am and last until 5pm, with a one-hour break for lunch. Half day intensives typically start at 10am or 1pm, and last for four hours. Our Extended services last 2 hours, and typically start at 10am, 1pm, or 3pm. Intensives are individualized to the needs of our clients.

This is a time for you to focus on healing, so schedule activities you enjoy before and after your sessions. These can include yoga or exercise, or a massage or time off from obligations. Be sure you are mindful of big work deadlines, stressful events, or major life changes prior and just after an intensive.
All intensives are scheduled in-person at Christina’s office in Dumfries, VA. She is working to expand her intensive practice to the Richmond office. Please let us know if you’d like to be on the waitlist for Richmond services!
